Mornings are definetly a struggle in this Household.

One thing that I continually struggle with is getting up and ready for school early in the morning. I have to wake up at 550am so I can leave the house by 630, and lemme tell you, it seems like the most torturous event that happens daily.  I know I can’t be the only one out there who feels this way, so I’m going to try and give you 3 quick early morning tips that I have picked up.

1.Pick out your outfit the night before.  You don’t understand how much time you will save in the morning which means more sleeping in and less stress.

2. Take your shower at night.  This leaves you feeling clean in your sheets at night, and also gives you more time to sleep in the morning.  If you happen to have very oily, fine hair like I do, I recommend washing your hair with cold water and allowing it to FULLY dry before snuggling in bed.  After I started doing this, I was able to wake up with clean, voluminous hair instead of a flat, greasy mess.

3. Try also making your breakfast at night. Its great for when you are running late and need a little energy for the day.  I love to look on Pinterest for mason jar oats recipes, etc.

Those are just some small tips that I have found to make a big difference in the mornings.  I hope this helps!!!





Im Back!

Hi guys! I have been so busy with my first year of high school and volleyball that I had totally forgot to keep this blog updated.  It has been so long since I last even logged into this site, and I have no idea why.  I love the freedom of having a blog and being able to share my thoughts and stories with whoever will read.  For the people who have been on this blog to any newcomers, I just want to say that I am back and not planning to go anywhere anytime soon.  So if you will just give me a chance to start this blog back up, I promise I will not let you down!




Just another boring a** day

So basically today we did nothing.  At least nothing interesting.  P had an appt at the orthodontist who still doesn’t know when the hell the braces will be off and later we met up and went to the gym. At the gym we practiced some volleyball and then because tryouts are coming up pretty soon ***16 days*** we practiced the required mile that we have to accomplish in under 8 minutes.  But A wasn’t feeling  the running so left to use the bathroom and barely ran. Currently we are sitting in P’s basement watching Zoey 101.
